Penn State signs another Top Ranked QB… to sit the bench!
This fall Penn State will use a two quarterback system for holding the clipboard. Morelli and Devlin to alternate quarters, as Derrick Williams will play QB. When asked about Williams at QB, the coach said, “Hey it worked last year, didn’t it?”

In other Penn State football news, Penn State announced that the University of Pittsburgh turned down an offer to play a home and home series with Penn State. When asked to comment on the story, the University of Pittsburgh athletic director said " I don’t think Joe Paterno realized that Pitt at Johnstown does not have a football team when he made the offer, so we had to decline, but UPJ is going to play them in basketball.”
